Magnesium Chloride is more bio available than Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salts). When dissolved in water the magnesium is absorbed through the skin which tops up magnesium levels in the body. Often tablets or powder supplements cause diarrhea so this is an effective alternative.

This makes it ideal as an addition to a bath for soaking or used as a footbath for general absorption. Soaking for arthritis in the feet allows this magnesium to be targeted to that specific area.
